About the Program
The result of a partnership between government, companies and universities and part of the Chip Tech Brasil initiative – from the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation –, the CI Expert program aims to train 468 students in microelectronics, as well as offering specific methodological training to the professors before classes begin.
For students, the program offers a two-phase training, each lasting 6 months, covering the theoretical knowledge and practice necessary to perform at a high level in the field of microelectronics. Throughout the training, a scholarship is provided to all students to cover living costs and ensure dedication to the program.

Program phases
-
Basic training – Theory-focused classes that provide students with the specialized knowledge needed to enter the subsequent practical phase. The classes are aligned with current market demands for specific knowledge and cover the main topics in the field of microelectronics.
Duration: 6 months -
Hands-on training – The goal of this phase is to provide all students with the opportunity to apply the knowledge acquired in the previous stage. To this end, the training will be carried out in a controlled environment, at university facilities with support from companies. Students will have the chance to carry out real projects and develop essential skills for the job market.
